Still searching for employment

Finally, I had a good night sleep in a nice cozy full size bed in a home of my own.   No more sleeping in cold alleys, no more sleeping in public parks, no more sleeping in subways.  After I got dressed I went out for some local papers to find some help wanted ad.  Most of the employment ads are most club, they're looking for dancers, hosts and djs with experience, which I have none of.  So I look to see if there are schools that major in these particular job fields.  I can get into modeling, but that requires experience too.  I looked deep into a list of school that has lower rate of price for classes.  So far, I found one.  5th Avenue Boutique.  Their requirements are simple.  All I have to do is send in a full length picture of myself in a gown that is store brought and must be taken during the daytime.  I can do that.

After I left my house and grab some coffee along the way, I went shopping for some clothes, especially gowns.  I bought a beautiful red velvet gown and a gold printed gown. and a few pairs of shoes to match.  I also bought myself a camera.

The next morning, I slipped on the red gown, which fits nicely.  I stepped out of the house and set up my camera.  I chose the pond as a nice background for my photos.  While I was modeling for the camera, I met a few people who are my neighbors.  They're pretty friendly.  So far, I have taken a few snapshots in the morning, but I wanted to look more like the model type, so I went out to see if I can learn a few poses.  Near the end of the day, I posed some more this time like a model, but it was getting dark, but I must continue and just use the lights from the nearby houses instead.  The photos look pretty good, more professional looking.  I'm not sure if they can accept them in the nighttime, but just in case, I took some more photos the next morning, this time in a black evening gown.  Wish me luck!

A place to call home

Now that I got some money, I can find a place to to rest my head and body.  After months of traveling on foot, looking for work, I decided to call home to wire me some money to live on for now until I can find a job.  I stopped at this place called that has cheap but reasonable rent.  There I met this lady who is a realtor of Dreamworld Beach Resorts, a decent and affordable residential area by the beach.  She showed me a few apartments, the small skybox is 30 lindens per week, the two story condo is 50 lindens per week.  Both units are beautiful, but I don't mind having some plenty of floor space, so I paid for the 50L condo.  Besides, I really like the large jacuzzi and the living room set.  The bedroom window has a beautiful view of the big pond with the waterfall.  The bed looks so comfortable inviting.  I couldn't wait to lay down so after I spent time in my big jacuzzi, I slipped into my gold bed clothes and went straight to bed.  Never realizing how weary I feel from head to toe.

I finally got a warm place to sleep in where I can bring in some nourishment, where I can bathe in privacy and peace, where I can relax and unwind, where I can be myself.  Most importantly, a place where I can officially call home.
